How To Get Rid Of Pimples
Figuring out how to get rid of pimples can be tough. The good news is that it doesn’t take much work, just patience and a bit of discipline. In this post I’ll show you what I did to get rid of pimples myself and how you can apply these things to your own life. It’s not too hard, but you’re going to have to make a plan and stick to it!
First, and most importantly, I stopped popping zits. Popping zits leads to acne scars, infections, and more acne. No bueno! This was certainly tough at first, but as I refrained from doing it my acne got much better, simply because I was touching my face a lot less than I was before. So what did I do when there were zits that had to be popped? I let them go as long as I could and used home remedies, like leaving toothpaste on them overnight, to reduce them and make them vanish.
Once I got popping them under control, I moved on to finding the right face wash. This is where patience comes into play. Acne commercials tell you that you’re going to get instant results, and this is simply not the case. Acne treatments take time to get rid of pimples. The first step to doing this is to figure out what type of skin you have. Personally, I have oily skin so I am able to use the more potent pimple treatments out there without them drying my skin too bad. When I found something that I wanted to try out, I would buy it and use it for two weeks straight before deciding if it was the best one for me. It took me six different pimple creams before I found the perfect one. I still use it to this day!
Diet also plays a big role in how to get rid of your pimples. Eating a diet that is based mostly around vegetables instead of meat and dairy is going to make a big difference in your pimples. There won’t be nearly as much garbage going into your body to create the pimples, so your breakouts are going to be much less frequent. It also makes you feel great!
You now know how to get rid of pimples with these three steps. It’s not one of the easiest things that you’ll do, but good things never come easy!
